Albrecht Birkenbuel, Inc. is a full service concrete Subcontractor. In order to be considered for employment, the Superintendent must be capable of the following:

• Strong capabilities in all phases of cast in place concrete. To include formwork design, review of design mixes and scheduling of the work.
• In order to properly schedule and sequence, a Superintendent must have a solid knowledge of the other trades who affect the concrete work.
• Computer Skills
  • Basics of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Primavera or other scheduling program (be able to edit and revise).
• Strong capabilities in the correspondence related to a construction project.
  • Submittal packages, shop drawings and request for information
  • Request for Change or Modification to Contract.
• Superintendent must have expert knowledge in the following areas:
  • Contract drawings and other documents. Ability to read and transfer information from/to.
  • Management of materials, personnel and sub-Subcontractors.
• Solid communication skills in order to convey directions to personnel directly under his/her supervision as well as the General Contractor or his representatives.
• Superintendent must have a valid Washington State Drivers License in good standing.
• Superintendent must pass drug screen.
• Track job progress with daily logs and pictures.
