- Recent
graduation from college program is acceptable if field experience is minimal.
- Good
Communication Skills
- Architects,
Engineers, Suppliers, etc.
- Computer
literate
- Microsoft
Office Professional
- Primavera
or other computer-scheduling program.
- Ability
to interpret drawings for field personnel
- Ability
to provide drawings and sketches to field personnel
- Ability
to estimate quantities
- Ability
to price and track change orders
- Knowledge
of WISHA safety standards for construction
- Strong
capabilities in the correspondence related to a construction project.
- Submittal
packages, shop drawings and request for information
- Request
for Change or Modification to Contract.
