- Journeyman
in good standing with local union
- Minimum
5 years working with commercial contractor
- Minimum
2 years working with commercial concrete contractor or General Contractor
who self-performs concrete forming.
- Familiar
with post tension cables and conventionally reinforced elevated decks
- Familiar
with several concrete forming systems employed in the Seattle area.Such
systems known as Aluma, Patent, EFCO and PERI.
- Valid
Washington Drivers License, in good standing.
- Ability
to pass drug screen.
- Ability
to read and interpret drawings
- Ability
to determine manpower and materials required
- Ability
to perform basic formwork design for various field conditions.
- Ability
to function as a team member
- Ability
to assign and monitor work in progress
